Type a command or hold the mic and speak. Voice is transcribed by Groq Whisper in under a second.

AMD hosted models on Fireworks AI turn your request into a structured JSON plan. Simple asks route to a fast model, complex ones to a reasoning model, automatically.

Orbit executes, safely

A local executor validates every step against a strict allowlist and runs it, showing you a live log of exactly what's happening.

Push to talk voice input, an optional "Orbit" wake word, and spoken replies you can toggle on.

Opens anything

Finds any installed app, classic, Store, or web app, by natural name. "Open WhatsApp" just works.

"Open my browser, open Notepad, and take a screenshot" runs as one reviewed plan with live progress.

Sees your screen

Ask "what's on my screen?" and a vision model describes it. Attach images and ask questions about them.

SAFETY FIRST

The AI proposes.
Your machine disposes.

Desktop automation can go wrong fast, so Orbit treats safety as the product. The model never runs code or shell commands. It can only emit a fixed set of reviewed actions, and everything it wants to do is validated locally before a single key is pressed.

    Allowlist only. Thirteen approved action types. Anything else is rejected twice, by schema validation and by the executor itself.

    No shell, ever. Terminals and script interpreters are blocked at three separate layers, including the sneaky Win+R route.

    You confirm risky steps. Deletes, payments, sends, and dangerous hotkeys pop a confirmation before anything runs.
  • ◆
    Kill switch. A red Stop button halts everything, and slamming the mouse to the top left corner aborts instantly.
  • ◆
    Private by default. Wake word and voice replies are opt in. Files can only be written inside your own user folder.

Free for Windows 10 and 11. Bring your own API keys. The installer walks you through it on first launch.

Quick setup

  1. Run the installer. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway (we're a small unsigned project, not malware. The code is open).
  2. Open Settings → Integrations and paste your keys. At minimum, add a Groq key for voice and vision, plus a Fireworks AI key for AMD hosted planning.
  3. Optional: OCR.Space for image text, or keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
  4. Done. Say "take a screenshot."
